Waimarie (Maori for peaceful waters)
was founded in 1922 and now has 6 lawns on an attractive site alongside the Hutt River in Lower Hutt. We have more than 80 members with ages ranging from under 12 to over 80. We play two main games – association croquet and golf croquet. Ours is one of the biggest clubs in the Wellington Croquet Association both in number of members and number of lawns.
